Semi-Private Training – One of the best ways to get Results in your health and fitness is through small group personal training. It has been proven that people get best results working in a small group, even compared to personal training. In a small group, you get the attention of your trainer as if it were one on one, however, you also get the fun, motivation, and accountability of a small group. Results Fitness offers semi-private training for groups up to 4 people, so we can give you that one-on-one feel. Every training session involves an exercise and nutritional component. You need both to get results. All our training sessions are 30 minutes. All semi-private training packages include access to our amazing classes, a meal plan, accountability, and motivation. Sessions are 45 minutes so that you can get your workout in and get back to life in the shortest time possible.

Nutrition Accountability Program (NAP)- We all know that exercise alone won’t give you extreme weight loss, or much weight loss; you need a nutrition program to help fuel your body to function at it’s best. NAP will get you to your weight loss goal. We provide you with a customized meal plan. Then follow up with you every couple days to determine in the scale has moved down or not. If it hasn’t there are certain adjustments that need to be made to unsure your success.
